The Texas Tribune: Psychologist in terror war is subject of the complaint

A complaint against Dr. James E. Mitchell is now before the Texas State Board of psychologists, claiming, develop professional codes of practice in promoting the c.i.a. injured "Advanced interrogation techniques" for use in its so-called black prison sites during the Bush administration war on terror.
