Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-NH) finally faces her constituents on at a health care town hall on August 29, 2009. The event was held in a small, but heavily guarded conference room at the Norris Cotton Federal Building in Manchester, NH. Many of her constituents were turned away from the event due to the space limitations of the venue.
